The Trust was established in 2008 by the Foljambe Family to offer grant support to charitable causes in the East Midlands of the UK. Since then the objectives of the Trust and its Trustees has widened and the objective is to support causes from all over the world, as well as in the United Kingdom.These are the sectors where the Trust has already been able to provide its financial support with grants of between £250 to £10,000 being made:-

  • Children’s health, welfare and education.

  • Adult mental and physical health and wellbeing.

  • Educational leisure opportunities for young people.

  • Family planning and sexual health.

  • Rural socio-economic development.

  • Conflict and natural disaster relief.

  • Built heritage and landscape preservation and restoration.

  • War veterans’ rehabilitation and reintegration.

The Trustees remain committed to working with these and many other groups, organisations, charities and individuals to meet the challenges of the modern world and applications for financial support are welcome.The Trustees prefer to provide support to whole projects whose outcomes can be quantified, but are also open to the idea of supporting wider schemes based on merit.
